QUARC agreed with Dr. Rytiing -Joey is considered a "rapid early responder" and therefore only has two more chemo cycles. He'll then be rescanned (mid January) and if he is a "complete responder" - there is no tumor left (active or inactive) -he will be randomized to radiation or no. If he is not a "complete responder" he will get radiation.

Monday is the beginning of cycle 3.

For golfers - Joey and George played 18 on Thursday just for fun and to get him back out there after laying off since that tournament took its toll .Today Joey played against a friend for dinner - shot a 74- said it felt GREAT!
