Joey will be having surgery tomorrow to remove the tumor in his neck. The TB test, chest x-ray, physical and blood test all turned out fine but the MRI indicates that the mass is most likely of a cancerous nature - probably lymphoma. They are removing the tumor and will biopsy it for confirmation. Afterward we will follow up with chemo or radiation treatments, to be figured out next week.

Until we have confirmation from the biopsy we will be telling Joey that lymphoma is just a possibility but not the whole thing about further treatment etc. We hope to have confirmation the beginning of next week.

On a good note he did win the 2 day golf tournament in Austin this weekend - 70/70 or 4 under par!
