The inaugural Rippel Effect Golf Tournament was held on June 22, 2009 and was a huge success and a lot of fun.  The tournament raised $37,000 to used by The Rippel Effect in funding research projects, awareness projects and the “blackberry” project.  We could not have done it without the help of all our sponsors and individual donors.  Thank you so very much.  Please scroll down to see all of our corporate sponsors.  We also would like to thank all the volunteers – especially Linda and Gary Edmiaston, Lisa Wood, Holly Tuten, and Mary Baker, our executive committee who spent many hours guiding us to a successful tournament.  Our “worker” volunteers were the best and did a fantastic job of keeping the players happy, hydrated and entertained during the round.

Our second annual tournament will June 7, 2010 at Sugar Creek Country Club (my home course, where I learned to play golf).  We will again have a light breakfast and a full lunch / awards ceremony afterwards.

As always, we will be looking for sponsors and players, and will have a cut off date of late May 2010.  So be sure and sign up beginning February 2, 2010 – we did have a waiting list last year so don’t get left out, sign-up early!
